JD Specialized Recruitment have partnered with an exclusive 5* Lodge in Madikwe to recruit an experienced GENERAL MANAGEMENT COUPLE to join their Team

Please note – A minimum 5 year’s management experience in a high end, luxury safari lodge is essential

Requirements

• Excellent competence in all aspects of high-end safari lodge/hotel operations (Food and beverage, Front of House, Finance, Human Resources, General Administration, Daily Operations, Maintenance, etc)
• One of the couple should come from a guiding background
• Passionate, hands-on, resilient, service focused and flexible
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy
• Professional and well-groomed
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills – both verbal and written
• Strong, positive team leaders able to work with a small close-knit team of diverse cultures
• Exceptional guest relations and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of health and safety practices and procedures
• Sound employment history and good contactable references essential
