Requirements

• At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role with experience gained in more remote and isolated properties in Africa.
• Exceptional people management skills
• The experience to put systems and procedures in place.
• Strong eye for detail
• Excellent understanding of high standards in food and menu compilation
• Highly guest centric with excellent guest relation skills
• Good understanding of working with local communities
• Conservation orientated.
• Tertiary Education relevant to the industry
• Excellent track record

Salary – Negotiable on experience
