JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an upmarket Hotel in Sandton to recruit a highly experienced and dynamic FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to join their Team

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent from a reputable Hotel School would be highly beneficial.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Front Office Manager at a large full-service hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in hotel management software, preferably experienced with Opera & Micros.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures, reservations, and financial transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Dynamic, creative and innovative
  • Excellent track record with contactable references

Start Date: ASAP
