A leading luxury property is currently recruiting for an accomplished Executive Sous Chef โ Pastry to oversee all aspects of its high-end pastry operations. This senior position calls for a dynamic and creative professional with strong leadership and technical skills, who can deliver world-class pastry

Requirements
- A recognized qualification in Culinary Arts
- Min of 5 yearsโ experience in a similar role
- Lead and manage the full pastry brigade, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all outlets
- Support the Executive Chef in developing high-performing kitchen structures, cost control systems, and recipe development
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality in line with 5-star expectations
- Design and update menus and pastry offerings in line with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Oversee staff training, performance management, and day-to-day operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments on guest satisfaction, events, VIP needs, and dietary requirements
