Executive Head Chef | Limpopo

JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with an Ultra-Luxury 5* Lodge in Limpopo to recruit a highly experienced and creative EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF to join their Team.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a medium-sized kitchen of a 5* Luxury Lodge with exceptionally high standards.

· 3-year Diploma or Degree from a reputable culinary institution highly preferred.

· Up to date with international food trends and menu designs.

· Understanding of kitchen procedures and timing requirements

· Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and ability to mentor and train team members.

· Strong administration, communication, and leadership skills.

· Knowledge of safety procedures & use of fire equipment.

· Remote working experience preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Procedure orientated, time management and ability to plan accordingly.

· Stable employment history with contactable references.

Salary:  R36 000 – R42 000 DEO (Live-in/meals/provident fund)

Start – ASAP

Nationality – South African Citizens only

Leave: 3 weeks on 1 off
