- An internationally recognized Culinary Degree or Diploma – Non negotiable
- 5-star Executive Chef Experience at remote bush based African properties – Non negotiable
- 5 years international food preparation experience.
- Advanced Supervisory experience and skills.
- Mentoring/training skills and experience
- Aware of latest international culinary trends
- Creative with an enhanced eye for detail
- Solid employment history and contactable references.
SALARY: Market related Southern African Salary – plus Live-in benefits
START DATE: On issue of work permit.
