Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Culinary Arts
• Min of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Lead and structure a disciplined, high-performing kitchen team aligned to luxury standards
• Maintain consistently exceptional food quality, presentation, and service across all outlets
• Drive innovation through seasonal menu development, recipe design, and trend adaptation
• Oversee all kitchen operations including procurement, inventory, food safety, and HACCP compliance
• Collaborate closely with service teams to deliver memorable guest dining experiences
• Monitor food cost, minimise waste, and align kitchen operations with profitability targets
• Mentor, train, and grow culinary talent through structured performance development
• Stable employment history and contactable references
