JD Specialized Recruitment is currently looking for a Top-Notch EXECUTIVE CHEF for a new and exclusive high-end Camp opening up in early 2024 in Botswana

The successful Chef will be part of the setup, planning and opening of the Camp. Will be a Farm to Table concept

Requirements

• Similar experience working at a high-end exclusive Lodge in Africa
• An up-and-coming Sous Chef looking to move into a Head Chef will also be suitable
• Up to date with the latest international food trends
• Passionate about food and presentation
• Highly creative
• Excellent training skills
• Highly guest centric
• Prefers working in a more remote environment.
• Good track record with excellent references
