Executive Chef | Bhutan

JD Specialized Recruitment are partnering with a multi-award-winning Boutique Lodge in Bhutan to recruit an experiences and innovative EXECUTIVE CHEF to join their Team

➡️Please note – This position requires a spiritual and calm individual capable of leading and mentoring a small team at an exclusive property

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in culinary arts
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a luxury boutique hotel property
• Up to date with industry trends and local and international cuisines,
• Knowledgeable on dietaries requirements especially with vegetarian and vegan cuisine with a focus on wellness
• Strong administrative experience with regards to budgeting, finances, implementation of F&B strategies and HR skills
• Extensive experience in culinary arts combined with  F&B Operations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Stable work history and contactable references
• Single status
