Duty Manager | Northern Cape

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting an ultra-luxury 5* Lodge in the Northern Cape, who are currently looking for a highly guest centric DUTY MANAGER to join their team.

Requirements and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.
• It is imperative to have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar guest relations role in a high-end bush lodge environment.
• Sound knowledge of camp operations both BOH and FOH.
• Strong F&B hosting experience, wine knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and exceeding service delivery standards.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Sound employment history with contactable references.

Start Date: ASAP
