Duty Manager | Franschhoek

JD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with an exclusive and intimate 5* Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek, who are currently looking for a highly guest centric and organized DUTY MANAGER to join their team.

➡️PLEASE NOTE –This is a live-out position, applicants should already reside in the area or be willing relocate to Franschhoek.

Requirements and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent from a reputable Hotel School would be highly beneficial.
• It is imperative to have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, leading daily operations of a similar high-end property.
• Mature with strong leadership skills and the ability to stand in for the General Manager when unavailable.
• Excellent organizational, administration skills and experienced in both FOH and BOH operations.
• Knowledgeable in wine service, food & beverage operations with a flair for hosting.
• Passionate in creating a memorable experience for individual guests and providing world class service.
• Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm demure and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Sound employment history with contactable references.
