Director of  Marketing & Communication – Maldives

An internationally recognised, luxury hospitality brand is looking for a creative, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATION to join their team in the Maldives.

The successful candidate will be based in the Maldives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for developing the company’s marketing, public relations & communication (internal & external) strategies.
• Work closely with Director of Sales to drive revenue
• Create, implement & drive promotions to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
• Growth of social media exposure and manage all digital media initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with tour operators, media and government officials etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 /5 years’ experience in a similar senior position, with an internationally recognised hospitality luxury brand
• Fluent in English and Russian or German Verbal & Written)
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast and high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• Contactable references and a solid employment history

SALARY – $3 500pm with live-in benefits
