JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a well-established luxury Safari operator in Tanzania, to identify a highly skilled and experienced CONCESSION TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER.

Requirements

• Tertiary technical/mechanical/engineering qualification essential
• Minimum of 10 years management experience in infrastructure and concession maintenance, gained at remote African bush lodges.
• Hands-on experience with a broad range of maintenance skills including construction, plumbing, electrical as well as previous experience managing IT issues.
• Highly knowledgeable with regards to Health & Safety regulations
• Good cost management, procurement and supplier management experience
• Team player with good communication, time management and organisational skills.
• A motivational leader with the passion for staff development and training
• A keen interest in sustainability and community development
• Stable employment history and contactable references.

Start – November 2024

Salary – Up to $5 000pm net with live-in benefits
