JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a Safari Company with a division in Botswana, to recruit a highly experienced CONCESSION GENERAL MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field
• Min of 10-years’ experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
• All-rounder in all aspects of lodge operations including HR, staff management and guest experience
• Lodge Operations experience in a Senior role essential
• Strong financial acumen with regards budgeting and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly detail orientated and good organisational ability.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexibility as will need to travel between camps
• Stable work history with contactable references
