JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting a Safari Company with a division in Botswana, to recruit an energetic CHEF TRAINER

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years relevant culinary degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
• At least 10 years’ experience in a high-end luxury lodge or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce
• Train, mentor and motivate staff
• Highly detail orientated and good organisational ability.
• Excellent track record with contactable references
• Computer literate
