• It is imperative to have at least 5 years Camp Management experience working at upmarket Safari Camps
• Self-starters who can work without supervision
• Proactive and organized
• Good attention to detail
• Experience in all departments of Lodge Management
• Excellent personal skills
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent track record showing longevity and commitment
• Tertiary qualifications if wok permits are needed
