𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is assisting a specialist online luxury African safari travel agency in sourcing an experienced and commercially driven 𝗕2𝗕 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧
Our client is a boutique travel agency specialising in tailored, high-end safari experiences across Africa – with a particular focus on East and Central African destinations. Working closely with international travel agents, they design and deliver bespoke luxury journeys for discerning clients worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate safari sales professional ready to take ownership of key agent relationships and drive meaningful revenue growth.
The successful candidate will manage the full B2B sales cycle – from first enquiry through to confirmed booking and handover – building strong, long-term relationships with international travel agents, designing tailor-made itineraries, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a fully remote consultancy role requiring a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in the travel industry, ideally within African safari travel
- Good knowledge of East and Central Africa (Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania), including products, logistics, and safari experiences
- Proven ability to work to targets and consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs
- Strong relationship-building skills with agents, supported by clear and proactive communication
- Experience creating, costing, and presenting tailor-made safari itineraries and proposals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Proficient in Google Workspace; CRM experience is beneficial
- Experience with safari booking systems (such as Travelyst) is an advantage
- Relevant qualification in travel, tourism, business, or marketing is beneficial
- Own home office setup with reliable internet, and able to manage personal tax and statutory requirements
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays when needed

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 – USD 3 200 per month.
𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Full-time consultancy role, fully remote. Preference for candidates based in the Cape Town area.
