Assistant Lodge Manager | Greater Kruger

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 is partnering with an intimate Lodge in the Greater Kruger National Park to recruit a dynamic and guest-focused 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗥 to join their team.

This hands-on role requires a true all-rounder with solid experience across all lodge departments and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will be highly presentable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding world-class hospitality standards. A passion for the bush and a preference to work in a bush environment

Requirements

• A Diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent) is preferred
• Proven ability to step in for the Lodge Manager during leave cycles
• Strong operational knowledge and experience across all lodge departments
• Familiarity with reservations systems and confident in guest communication
• Exceptionally guest-centric, with a strong eye for detail and very high service standards
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Highly organized, with excellent administration capabilities
• Professional, confident, well-groomed appearance and demeanour
• A valid Driver’s License
• Stable employment history with contactable references
