Assistant Homekeeping Manager | Kruger National Park

JD Specialized Recruitment has partnered with an award-winning luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park, to recruit highly experienced ASSISTANT HOMEKEEPING MANAGER to lead their housekeeping team.

Qualifications / Experience:

· 5-star experience within a luxury lodge with exceptional attention to detail.

· Knowledge of world class housekeeping standards and procedures.

· A leader with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and train a large team.

· A guest centric outlook and eager to deliver exceptional standards and service.

· Strong administration and computer skills, particularly in terms of procurement and stock control.

· Ability to monitor equipment and lodge furnishing in order to facilitate the upkeep of the lodge.

· Knowledge in control and monitoring of housekeeping budgets.

· Highly energetic and agile.

· Contactable references.
