Assistant Baker | Cape Town

𝗝𝗗 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 are seeking a dedicated 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗥 for a farm-to-table style Restaurant & Deli based in Cape Town

You will support the Head Baker in creating a wide range of freshly baked goods, from breads to cakes and deli-style treats. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery, deli, or restaurant environment.
• Sound knowledge of basic baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ensure the kitchen and baking areas remain clean & organized
• Maintain high standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Stable employment history and contactable references
