Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management advantageous
• Guest centric with a focus on guest experience
• Detail orientated with a fine eye for detail
• Knowledgeable on world-class standards and procedures
• Up to date with current food trends and on local and international cuisine
• Basic understanding of local spirits, beers and wines
• Well-presented and well-groomed
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Stable employment history and contactable references

Salary – R20 000pm
